Old Makkari vs old Quicksilver, sure he wins but the recent information Marvel published on Makkari in the the Mythological update of the Marvel handbooks indicates that Makkari's speed is once again rated at a few thousand mph (and we have not seen him exceed this in the recent Eternals comic). Quicksilver has been shown to race across entire continents inside of a hour, so he should be at least around a similar speed to that quoted for Makkari.

You're no doubt referring to to the mythological encyclopedia, where he is stated to be able to reach mach 3. But this same handbook still says Thor and Hercules can only lift up to 100 tons, so I'm not inclined to take their figures for granted.

Yep but like I said, we have not seen Makkari display gross speed probably above mach 3 since the relaunch of the Eternals in their short lived series.
