More than Average People
Arcudi begins this issue with a little confusion mood but after tons of funny dialogues, he unveils the true story behind this two issue plot - or the closest thing to a plot that this series can provide. Again the whole concept of "with big powers comes big responsabilities" set the tone for the dialogues between Lou and his friends as they try desperatly to convince Lou that he must become a super hero. More and more fun dialogues and finally Arcudi reveals what was going on, involvin parallel worlds, anti matter leaks and Lou stepping up to his job: super hero. I´m loving more and more how Arcudi describes these characters, every single issue there´s hints of their personalities and in this one in particular I really enjoyed Francis (he´s kind of drunk in this issue, very funny). Again more perfect art from Mahnke. Again a cover that has nothing to do with the plot whatsoever. This nonsense series is coming to it´s end and I think it´s worthy checking out, mostly for the dialogues and the art.
