Bottom line can his shield stand up or would the mental strain be to much for him to handle constant blows from the man of Steel? Only physical attacks nothing more

Can magnetos shield stand up to superman?
Lol not even close? I mean I didn't think so either but even I had more respect for mags than tht... Why not even close?

Can Magneto's shield stop planet destroying forces? Greater than planet destroying forces? Even assuming it could the planet would shatter beneath him. Im assuming since the question is being asked, Superman is hitting with what amounts to one of his top attacks (without getting in to the truly absurd levels of possibility), not holding back to Magnetos level. A top end Superman attack is far more than anything but the most powerful characters can survive.
Magneto could stop a Byrne era Superman attack... Maybe.
K well thx for the insight everybody I had some magneto fan telling me nonsense like his ff is impenetrable atoms don't even penetrate it lol I didn't kno if it were true or not so figured id ask... They were telling me tht magneto doesn't strain to keep his ff up I thought he did but figured I could be wrong
Can a fictional character fictional abilities stand up to another fictional characters attacks? Well absolutely definitely not, what kind of crazy talk are you spouting heh heh.
Depends really, both characters are a bit inconsistent and Magneto's powers naturally tend to fluctuate. His top level feats include things like taking atomic bombs, hits from She Hulk and Thor. Then again a character like Thor has also hit them hard enough to eventually give way, so depends. Maybe a better way to phase the question is how consistently has Magneto's shields been tested by characters like Superman. To which the answer is not often. Actually answering the question at face value requires knowing what kind of force is typical for a Superman punch and how solid and consistent Magnetos shields are. Its quite safe to assume given their respective roles in respective universes that Superman would probably be portrayed as breaking them eventually.

This sums it up correctly.
K well lets both at there best? Magnetos shield full power at the height of its strength vs supermans strongest physical attacks? Is it possible or does superman break through relatively easily?
@_atomikill_: hah yeha for a short time it can.
