Magneto is one of the most infamous and powerful Marvel villains, bent on affirming homo superior's birthright as Homo sapiens' successors. He has a long and turbulent friendship with Charles Xavier.

Amphibius
First meeting: X-Men #62.00

Amphibius was one of Magneto's first Savage Land Mutates. Amphibius is an artificially mutated being who appears as a human-sized frog-like creature. In this form, Amphibius possesses superhuman strength in his legs, allowing him to leap to heights and over distances that ordinary humans cannot. Amphibius can also stretch his tongue to ensnare his foes. The exact extent to which he can stretch his tongue are as yet unknown.

Anya

Magneto was Anya's father.

Banshee
First meeting: Generation X #10.00

In Age of Apocalypse (Earth- 295), Banshee was a member of Magneto's X-Men. He died protecting human refugees from Apocalypse’s minions. Like his 616 counterpart, Banshee posses the power of sonic screams and flight.

Blink
First meeting: Unknown

In Age of Apocalypse (Earth- 295), Blink was a member of Magneto's X-Men who disappeared mid-teleport. In the 616 Blink died saving other young mutants from the Phalanx. Blink is now a mainstay member of the Exiles. For a time, she served as leader of Exiles.

Blob
First meeting: X-Men #7.00

Former mutant with an odd power but very formidable. Now de-powered. Blob was a member of the second incarnation of Brotherhood of Evil Mutants.

Burns

Burns was a native of earth 2149 and a member of the Acolytes. He attacked the Black Panther who used the zombie head of the Wasp to kill Burns.

Cerebro

Charles Lehnsherr

Charles is Magneto and Rogue's son in AoA. Because he is a small child, it is unknown what, if any, mutant abilities he may have.

Chrome
First meeting: X-Men #1.00

One of the original Acolytes, Chrome sacrificed his life to save Magneto when Asteroid M fell to Earth by using his power to wrap him in a layer of metal.

Colossus

Delgado was one of the original members of the Acolytes. He perished when Avalon was destroyed.

Eric The Red
First meeting: The Uncanny X-Men #104.00

Erik the Red turned Magneto back into an adult after he was turned into a baby by Alpha.

Exodus
First meeting: Unknown

Exodus was one of Magneto's most devout followers. A powerful mutant from 12th century France empowered by Apocalypse, whom later trapped Exodus in a crypt for failing to kill the Black Knight. 800 years later Exodus was freed by Magneto. Exodus is one of the few mutants that retain powers after the events of M-Day. In Age of Apocalypse (Earth- 295), Exodus was a member of Magneto's X-Men.

Fabian Cortez

Though a member of Magneto's Acolytes, Cortez often rebelled against him, and was finally killed by Magneto.

Forge

Forge is a Member of Magneto's Brotherhood of Mutants in the Ultimate Universe (1610).

Frenzy

Frenzy an Acolyte completely dedicated to Magneto's cause.

Gabrielle Haller
First meeting: The Uncanny X-Men #161.00

Magneto became friends with Gabrielle when he volunteered at a holocaust survivor hospital in Haifa. He later rescued her from Baron Von Strucker when he first displayed his powers to Professor X. She was also his attorney when he was charged with crimes against humanity. Since Magneto has returned to the life as mutant terrorist, she has become one of his greatest political enemies.

Glamor

A friend of VIsion and Scarlet Witch. Part of a stage magician duo, who sometimes steal things while doing shows, with her husband Illusion. She has the ability to control her molecules mentally.

Iceman

In Age of Apocalypse (Earth- 295), Iceman was a member of Magneto's X-Men. Like his 616 counterpart, Robert Drake has the mutant ability to drop his body temp inside and out to below subzero levels. As a result he can transform his body into ice.

Illyana Rasputin
First meeting: Secret Wars II #1.00

Illyana Rasputin (Magik) was a tortured soul. As a young girl she was kidnapped, taken to Limbo and corrupted by black magic, by none other then Belasco. The Legacy Virus would take her life, only to mysteriously reappear, alive, years later.

Joseph
First meeting: X-Men #86.00

Joseph was an altered clone of Magneto.

Juggernaut
First meeting: Unknown

While Magneto and Juggernaut have never worked together in the 616, in the Ultimate universe (Earth 1610) Juggernaut was a member of Magneto's Brotherhood.

Karma
First meeting: The New Mutants #35.00

Xi'an Coy Manh was one of Magneto's student during his tenure as Headmaster of the New Mutant at Xavier's School For Gifted Youngsters. She also worked as his Administrative Assistant. Karma has the ability to telepathically "posses" the mind of others and make them do her bidding.

Lee Forrester
First meeting: The Uncanny X-Men #148.00

A fishing captain of the Acadia, Forrester rescued and befriended Magneto after Asteroid M was destroyed by the technorganic alien Warlock falling to earth shortly before Secret Wars II. They were romantically involved for at least a short time, perhaps quite a while. Their relationship took place almost entirely off-panel and it is unknown when it ended.

Longshot
First meeting: The Uncanny X-Men Annual #10.00

In the 616, Longshot was briefly a team member of the X-Men the same time Gagneto was, though Magneto remained in New York with the New Mutants while Longshot accompanied the team to Scotland. Longshot is a Member of Magneto's Brotherhood of Mutants in the Ultimate Universe (1610).

Luna

Luna is the daughter of Quicksilver and Crystal and Magneto's granddaughter.

Madrox
First meeting: Unknown

Jamie Madrox is a Member of Magneto's Brotherhood of Mutants in the Ultimate Universe (1610).

Magda
First meeting: Classic X-Men #12.00

Magneto and Magda were married. Magneto retained feelings for his wife for a very long time, despite the fact that she abandoned him at his moment of greatest need 30 years ago. However, these feelings seem to be ambivalent as she did not appear in Magneto's "dream world" in House of M.

Magma
First meeting: Secret Wars II #1.00

Amara Juliana Olivians Aquilla was one of Magneto's students during his tenure as Headmaster of the New Mutant at Xavier's School For Gifted Youngsters. Magma has the ability to control her namesake.

Magnus
First meeting: Unknown

Magnus is the son of the Earth-27 versions of Magneto and Rogue. Magnus was a younger and potentially more powerful copy of his father Magneto. He also inherited a version of his mother's powers. Skin to skin contact with others would turn them to metal.

Marvel Girl
First meeting: The Uncanny X-Men #141.00

Magneto was a mentor to Rachel in her timeline (Days of Future Past ie. Earth 811).

Milan
First meeting: Unknown

Milan was one of the Acolytes who helped kidnap Moira MacTaggert, until she was later rescued by the X-Men. Milan later died on Avalon, the homebase of the Acolytes, when Holocaust attacked

Morph
First meeting: Unknown

In Age of Apocalypse (Earth- 295), Morph was a member of Magneto's X-Men. He is now a member of the Exiles. In the 616 he was the Changeling with similar shapeshifting powers.

Mystique
First meeting: Unknown

In the 616, Magneto and Mystique have never worked together, but in the Age of Apocalypse they were occasional associates. In the films she was a member of the Brotherhood. In the Ultimate Universe, she is a member of Magneto's Brotherhood of Mutants and they share a flirtatious relationship.

Nocturne
First meeting: Unknown

Nocturne is the daughter of Nightcrawler and the Scarlet Witch from an alternate reality and therefore, Magneto's granddaughter. At this time, they have not met and he is unaware of their connection.

Omega Sentinel
First meeting: Excalibur #4.00

Magneto and Professor Xavier originally freed Karima from her omega sentinel programming.

Onslaught
First meeting: Unknown

Onslaught was the manifestation of Professor X's dark side provoked into fruition by Magneto's rage, which Xavier absorbed during the Fatal Attractions story arc.

Peepers

Peepers was a member of one of the later incarnations of The Brotherhood of Evil Mutants organized by Magneto.

Phantazia spent time as a guard to Magneto

Polaris
First meeting: Unknown

Polaris is the daughter of Magneto. Polaris possesses the ability to manipulate magnetism. Although she has the potential to exercise all of the powers that Magento has, as yet she has only used powers involving the manipulation of magnetic, electrical, and gravitic fields. Moreover, she cannot summon as great an amount of energy as Magneto can. The exact limits on the amount weight that she can magnetically lift at present have not been measured, but they are considerably below those of Magneto. Since she has preferred not to use her powers in combat situations, she has not worked nearly as hard to develop them as Magneto has. It is unknown whether Polaris's powers are purely psionic or whether they derive from her physically.

Professor X
First meeting: The Uncanny X-Men #161.00

Professor X and Magneto have a long and sordid past. Even though Magneto and Professor X have been long time enemies, they both respect each other's fight for mutants, they just do it in other ways. Professor X is the greatest telepath in the 616.

Quicksilver
First meeting: Unknown

Magneto is the father of Quicksilver. His loyalties and relationship with Magneto have been very conflicting, as Magneto often places his fight for mutants above his children.

Random

Random worked for Magneto briefly while he ruled Genosha.

Rogue
First meeting: Marvel Super-Heroes Secret Wars #1.00

Rogue and Magneto dallied briefly with romance in the Savage Land, but nothing came of it. In the Age of Apocalypse and Earth-27 Magneto and Rogue were married. In the 1610 (The Ultimate Universe), Rogue spent some time in Magneto's Brotherhood of Mutants.
