Am I the only one who wants Magik to get rid of that black and yellow costume. I think she deserves a unique costume and not the traditional black and yellow that the Xmen have. But it's just something I find myself nitpicky about.

I like the standard X-men costumes. I've just liked the characters who rock em regularly, most notably Shadowcat. That said, some of the redesigns for point one have been amazing. I love Storm's new look.

I know but especially now considering that in her team everyone has a look of their own. Cyke's graduated from the black and yellow why can't Magik.

Definitely. She's taking a more prominent position so she needs an iconic look! I'd actually prefer Kitty to get a unique look too.

Just as long as Magik is acknowledge for no longer being an evil demon anymore ever since she got her soul back. Yes, she allowed Colossus to damned himself but it goes deeper than that.

I think a lot of characters should get some new costumes. Magik is definitely one of them. The black and yellow has stuck with her for a long time, probably longer than most excluding Kitty though. What she should change it to is something I can't think of right now

I don't know I like the look. It makes her look far less threatening and dangerous than what she is.

It's something I guess. I'd like to see this with a different artists art before I either praise or condemn Magik's costume. Suffice to say I'm not a fan of Cyke's X-visor or Mags helmet. Also out of curiosity on the left are those Prodigy and Surge from New X-men. I ask because one I'm a fan of the Academy-X New X-men cast and two they were vocal in their support of Cyke's system over Logans so I'm guessing it's a possibility. Anything to give those kids spotlight is something I like seeing honestly.

I'm not a fan of the new uniform. At first it looked like plate armor (which would have been awesome), but now she's just like every other X-gal showing skin. What happened to her pupils?!

Hopefully if she does get a new costume it will be better than whatever the hell they did to Cyclops.

shes in the corner of the picture with the new costume on, or in this case maybe Armor? I don't know i think she should of kept a variation of her Phoenix 5 uniform.

@JohnnyGat: the way i understood the interview that is not prodigy or surge (or as some people guessed jubilee) that would be cool but i think those are brand new mutants, i would like to see them use some of the older mutants (not really old but already created) on cyclops side, the team needs a brain now that Danger is gone so Prodigy would fit well, they also need a big guy now that colossus was gone, i would like to see warpath!

That's what I got from the interview to. But as a big fan of the New X-men kids I can always dream that they get more spotlight.

@McKlayn: It looks good at the shoulder, but she's wearing a tiny sweater or something that exposes her entire stomach. I want plate armor Illyana.

I think it looks disproportional there but I kinda like it. I'll wait for some more images to decide. I actually like Mags as well, although I always hated the whole nuts-on-a-girder thing he has. Cyclops really looks f***ing dumb though.

Would have preferred variation on P5 Costume.

Looks like Warbird with smaller hair and slightly less skin showing.
