He was killed in Weapon X #5.
Sinister kept one of his slugs, so he could easily be cloned and brought back.

That was one of the saddest things I've ever seen in a comic. I'd love for him to be brought back in some manner.

Seems whenever his name is brought up to writers or panels, they just don't like him. I haven't heard a writer saying he wanted to bring him back. I don't get why there's so much hate against him. He was never my favorite dude but there's been worse.

i once talked to mike carey about a concept on how to bring him back. He thought it was a cool idea but unlikly to garnish enough support.
