Plot Summary

Overview

It's a Madman holiday special-tacular! While Frank (a.k.a. Madman) and Joe are enjoying Halloween trick-or-treating, they run afoul of Mutant Street Beatniks swiping candy from children! But that's not all! When Frank, Joe, and Mr. Rodrigo (from Madman #12) volunteer to help feed the homeless on Thanksgiving, they come across a man who may be Santa Claus! So it's off to the magical North Pole to investigate! This issue also introduces new hero Mr. Gum, who can stretch and stick . . . well, like gum! And who better than Madman to show him the ways of the costumed good guy?
