    Madara Uchiha is an antagonist in Naruto Shippuden. He was once the leader of the famed Uchiha Clan who aided in the founding of Konohagakure no Satō (Hidden Leaf Village). He battled with the First Hokage, Hashirama Senju, over the issue of leadership. It is then revealed that he is the one who influenced Tobi/Obito to carry out Project Tsuki no me (Eye of the Moon Plan). Madara was the first Uchiha ever to awaken the Mangekyo Sharingan. His dream is to stop all wars and bring peace.
