Machine Man
Machine Man is a comic book character that first appeared in 2001: A Space Odyssey #8Robot created by Dr. Abel Stack.
Origin
X-51 was originally designed to be a killer as part of a government project to build robot soldiers. His arms and legs were built to extend 100 feet. He had solar powered batteries built into his exoskeleton.
His designer believed that in order to pass as a human, X-51 needed to be treated as one. When the project was terminated, X-51 escaped and took on the identity of Dr. Aaron Stack.
He later became involved with the Avengers in battling Ultron.
Powers
Machine Man's powers include super-human strength, speed, durability and endurance. His rock-hard robot body is made of titanium and he has a cybernetic brain that gives superhuman analytical ability. He has telescopic and detachable limbs which can be controlled when separated from the body.
Along with the built in abilities for defense, X-51 has built in a multitude of various devices including anti-gravity generators that allows him to fly. He also has sensors with zoom and magnifying capabilites, various radars and chromatograph, seismometer, audiometer, transciever and gravity wave detector. His fingertips contain lasers. He is virtually immortal as long as his programming/consciousness is kept secure. Any damage done to his body can simply be repaired.

X-51 of the Earth X reality became the new Watcher.

Machine Man of Earth-398 was known as Sir MacHinery and was a member of the Queen's Vengeance.
Earth-8410
Machine Man is rebuilt in the year 2020.
Animated Appearances
X-51 was a supporting character in the animated series Spider-Man Unlimited starting at the episode "Street Cold Heart" he continued to appear in the series as one of John Jameson's Rebels following that appearance.
