Surprised there hasn't been one yet. Without much further ado...

    Strength

    1. Punches through a door and a man's head, turning it into jelly
    2. Kicks down a door so hard, it splatters the person standing on the other side into the floor
    3. Easily balances his whole body on a single finger
    4. Throws a man from one building, across to the other
    5. The force of his tackle shatters a stone rail
    6. Throws a superhuman foe (Jack the Ripper) across a huge room and into a table, sending the table and surrounding chairs into the air
    7. Easily clears the space between one rooftop and another across the street in a single leap
    8. Slaps a chain in two
    9. Literally tears someone's face off
    10. Tears through people like wet tissue paper
    11. Splinters a huge wooden beam with a single punch
    12. Fights a superhuman enemy who is superior to him, and kills him...
    13. ...destroying the building in which they are fighting in the process, the punches and throws destroying the walls and supports.
    14. Jumps from one part of a shopping centre to the other in a single leap, then gets smashed through the floor by Jack, both actions causing miniature shockwaves that tear the ground up
    15. The black chains are used on people with powers like his, and can hold absolutely anyone (including the first users of the "Hercules method" which gave Luther his powers, like Cain, Jack the Ripper etc.) captive. Luther breaks them apart by flexing.
    16. Puts his hand through a door and pulls a guy through, demolishing the door in the process
    17. Punches straight through a wooden beam with ease

    Speed/reflexes

    1. Dodges bullets and throws sticks at the guns, jamming them
    2. Dodges individual bullets coming on straight at him
    3. Jumps down faster than trained hitmen can shoot at him with automatic weapons
    4. Outruns machine-gun fire from multiple points, dodging it, while killing everyone in the room
    5. Dodges oncoming machine-gun fire from another superpowered enemy

    Durability/regeneration

    1. Stops a load of bullets with his muscles and pushes them out
    2. Gets his arm half ripped off in the form of a compound fracture, and it fuses back on
    3. Gets stabbed through the hand and has his legs snapped, and regenerates
    4. Gets torn through the floor and smashed down by a superhuman foe
    5. Gets his throat ripped out but is barely harmed, as is evidenced by 11.
    6. Gets perforated by bullets, but that simply makes him bloodlusted
    7. Gets disembowelled, then...
    8. ...snaps the neck of his enemy with his guts. And stuffs them back in. Goddamn...
    9. Has two knives in his chest, yet operates at maximum capacity
    10. Survives an explosion of that size
    11. Is fine after having his throat ripped out
    12. Gets torn to shreds by gunfire and regenerates in under an hour
    13. Casually blocks bullets with his muscles
    14. Gets taken down with a neurotoxin that prevents muscle control, and is stabbed in the nerve clusters...
    15. ...yet he still gets up, breaking the syringe of his opponent with his tooth, and then pops the knives out by flexing and resumes his attack

    Accuracy/precog/super-senses

    1. Reflects a ball of paper off a wall and into a basket without looking, while talking
    2. Under gunfire, he dodges the bullets and perfectly jams the guns of the assailants with chopsticks
    3. Predicts the next "1000 moves" that his opponent will make
    4. Predicts the next 1000 moves that his superhuman foe will make, a feat that is thought to be impossible
    5. Catches a book thrown at him from behind without looking
    6. Catches a ball travelling at high speeds with one hand
    7. Breaks a syringe by spitting his tooth at it
    8. Hears people one floor down and across a huge shopping centre atrium

    Summary

    Strength:

The fight with the Librarian alone (where he basically levels a building) should solidify his stance in a good 10 tonne range.

    Speed:

He's an above average bullet-timer in terms of reflexes, and seems to be going much, much faster than the human eye - so over 200 mph.

    Durability/regeneration:

Currently, he is almost on Luke Cage level, with bullets, fire and explosions barely fazing him. It takes huge amounts of gunfire to even slow him down, or a superhuman combatant. He also has an extremely accelerated healing factor, as he regenerated from damage like a ripped out throat, ripped off arm or a snapped leg in seconds.

    Accuracy/precog/super-senses:

He also has highly superhuman accuracy, the ability to know the next "1000 moves" that his opponent shall make, and enhanced senses that allow him to hear people breathing from at least a hundred metres away.

@iheartzombies92: Does he really has regeneration on par with Wolverine? I mean, Wolverine has regenerated from literally a skeleton...

Considering he grew back an arm in something like ten seconds, that seems to be on par with Wolverine's more consistent showings.

Like all things comic, I was a bit thrown that he could be considered "dead" from a full on bullet spraying from the police only for him to be "revived" so to speak hours later. Based on Wolverine's healing factor (never mind the garbage going on now in his solo), that wouldn't have happened to him.

    (Fantastic run-down by the way.)

Yeah, that's a good point, there is some inconsistency there - but that was at the very start of his career, when he was still a teen, and it was his first ever "true" regeneration feat, so I assume that's why it took so long. But I think I will change it to avoid more potential confusion.

    Oh, and thank you!

@iheartzombies92: I'm one of the biggest Strode fans around, but there are a couple of misunderstandings here. Look closely at the panel in which his arm has been "ripped off." It hasn't been, Jack caused a compound fracture, above the wrist and below the elbow. But the arm is still there, and it fuses back together over the next few panels, it doesn't regenerate.

The only part of the body he does regenerate are his teeth. The panel in which "his spit" breaks a syringe, is actually Luther breaking off one of his teeth and spitting it out like a bullet, a motif that's been repeated a few times when it comes to the bound. That being said, considering tooth enamel is the hardest, densist product that the body produces, that makes this feat all the more impressive. He effortlessly produces mouth bullets, which are way tougher to generate than bone. That's both an understated feat of healing, as well as a potentially devastating offensive maneuver no one will see coming!

Thanks, I'll make the necessary changes.
