Aarkus was once the Golden Age villain-turned-hero called The Vision, whose people came to our reality to serve as midwives to beings born from Cosmic Cubes. Aarkus ended up corrupted by the Cube he was assigned to protect and was transformed into the demonic being called D'Spayre.
Alicia Masters

Under the influence of the Puppet Master, Luke Cage abducts Alicia Masters.
Ares

Ares is the son of Zeus and the Olympian God of War. After years of fighting against The Avengers, Thor and mostly his own brother Hercules, Ares joined the ranks of the Avengers. He was a member of Tony Stark's official Avengers team and later Norman Osborn's Avengers.
Ash

When Ash went to a cabin in the woods with his girlfriend, he had no idea what he was be getting himself into. He unwittingly played a recorded evil incantation that unleashed demonic spirits, which possessed his girlfriend and his right hand. A reluctant savior, Ash is humanities' last hope.
Atlas

Atlas (Erik Josten), formerly Power Man, Smuggler and Goliath is a member of the Thunderbolts. Erik was originally a mercenary convinced by the Enchantress to undergo ionic ray treatment that made him super strong. After adopting the Name Power Man and joining forces with the Enchantress for awhile, he decided to go on to become a supervillain on his own later joining teams such as the Lethal Legion and the Masters of Evil. He eventually met Luke Cage (also known as Power Man for a short time). The two fought and Cage won.
Bengal

Bengal is a martial artist who seeks vengeance on those that committed war crimes during the Vietnam War.
Big Ben

When Tombstone was imprisoned in the Cage he was cellmates with Big Ben, Hypno-Hustler, and Rocket Racer.

Lawyer and Professional Criminal.
Big Brother

Big Brother was born into poverty and turned to a life of crime using his great intellect. After being jailed multiple times he came up with the ability to connect himself to computers. He was an enemy of Luke Cage's.
Billy Bob Rackham

Racist prison warden who terrorized Luke Cage. He was eventually busted down to guard when a reformist came to the prison. In an act of revenge, Rackham accidently caused the process that changed Luke Cage. He would later re-appear to seek revenge, but justice prevailed with him being hit and killed by a speeding ambulance.

Former call girl and member of many organizations, most notably the Serpent Society and B.A.D. Girls Inc.
Black Mariah

She was a drug racketeering 400 lbs. woman who crossed paths with Luke Cage. Cage went toe-to-toe with Mariah, and shutdown her operation. She no doubt got her name from the alias of an ambulance, symbolizing the way she ran her operations.
Blackheath

The villain formerly known as Plantman.
Blackout

Blackout is a human-demon hybrid. He creates light canceling darkness fields and has vampire-like abilities enhanced by metal fangs and claws. Dan Ketch is his arch nemesis.
Blasting Cap

Blood Brothers

Alien brothers who served as minions of Thanos.
Boris

Boris is a Russian powerhouse that partners with the beautiful but deadly Ninotchka as free agents. They have come into conflict with Luke Cage and Iron Fist on a few occassions.

Braggadoom was a creature that was accidentally created in a laboratory and defeated by the Thing and Luke Cage.

Bulldozer & the rest of the Wrecking Crew battled members of the Defenders in one of their earliest appearances. Luke Cage aka Power Man was brawling with all the Wrecking Crew members.
Bullet

Bullet is a mercenary who serves as an agent of the United States Government. Bullet is a hitman for hire who has had encounters with Daredevil on numerous occassions.
Bullseye

A deadly killer for hire capable of using practically anything as a lethal projectile weapon with flawless accuracy and deadly force. He is one of the most psychotic and sadistic characters in Marvel and serves as one of Daredevil's most dangerous foes.
Carnage

Carnage is the offspring of the alien symbiote Venom. It bonded with serial killer, Cletus Kasady, thus creating one of Spider-Man's most murderous and lethal adversaries.The Symbiote created Toxin during the Venom vs Carnage mini series and later Scorn in the Carnage mini series.
Chaka

Chaka has battled Luke Cage while he was Power Man for the group "Heroes for Hire". At the time Luke was partnered with Iron Fist.
Chemistro

Calvin Carr is the third and most well known man to use the Chemistro identity. Currently, Chemistro is dead following the failed assassination of Tony Stark where he was killed by Iron Man 2.0. The second Chemistro was named Arch Morton
Cheshire

Man with power to disappear like the Cheshire Cat.
Chiantang the Black Dragon

Giant dragon that can transform into a human.
Cobra

Piet Voorhees is the Dutch nephew of the original Cobra, Klaus Voorhees. He would take on the same moniker of Cobra and come into conflict with Angela Del Toro, the White Tiger.
