Character Description and History

Lucy is named after Lucy Lawless, the action hero. She is one of five members in the new team that replaced the original Adolescent Radioactive Black Belt Hamsters.  The other members of the new team are Rock, Arnold, Jean-Claude, and Steven.  She is the only female member of either Hamster team.

She is an anthropomorphic hamster from an alternate dimension, but was eventually brought to the dimension where the original Hamsters lived.  She wears a leather dress and has an active fighting style.  She is tough and direct.  She was a love interest for some of the original Hamsters.

The new Hamsters train

When we first see her and the other new Hamsters, they are training in their headquarters in Chicago.  They receive a psychic message from the Dalai Momma, the head of their monastery.  She warns them that the monastery is under attack, and begs them to return.  After some arguments, the Hamsters get in their jet (a B2 Stealth bomber) and fly to the Himalayas.  While Rock gets frustrated when he thinks that the monks would probably ask them, "what would the Four do," meaning the original team, Lucy thinks it's a good question.  She clearly still appreciates the original Hamsters.

They land, and are attacked by Genghis Khann and his army of Huns.  Steven and Jean-Claude are killed.  Rock and Arnold are either captured or killed.  Lucy slips off the edge, and falls far down the mountain, landing on a Yeti who turns out to be friends with Master Lock.  Lock was originally the head of the monastery, but now lives in exile.  She convinces him that they need to do something.  He agrees and contacts Jackie, one of the original Hamsters, and convinces him to come help.  Then Lucy and some of the (ninja-trained) Yeti go back up to the base and get their plane back.

Meanwhile, it seems that Khann has healed or resurrected Rock, Arnold, and Jean-Claude, and brainwashed them so they are on his side.  (Steven is not resurrected for some reason.)  He shows them a huge computer bank under the monastery, which is tracking a cosmic cloud of radioactive Jell-o, just like the one that mutated the original hamsters.  Then the brainwashed hamsters lead an army of Huns to attack Lock and his Yeti.  They torture him to get the password to the computer system.

Lucy decks Clint's wife

Jackie manages to find his brothers Bruce and Chuck.  Then they and Lucy track down Clint, the last of the original Hamsters.  It turns out that he has been living as an emasculated, down-trodden husband to a dominant human wife.  The boys are kidnapped by one of Clint's neighbors.  Lucy bursts in to Clint's house and punches his wife, and he goes with her to help his brothers.  It turns that she had had a relationship with Chuck, but Clint loved her too, and the affair eventually broke the team apart.  However, they mange to get past their old differences and save the boys.  However, Clint refuses to help them against Khann.  He says that he is a family man now and doesn't want to be involved in adventures any more.

Later, when Lucy, Chuck, Bruce, and Jackie attack Khann and the Huns, they are defeated.  Khann boasts about his plans, then kills them all (and Master Lock) by a shot to the head.  Soon after, Khann takes over the world, using an army of other hamsters that arrive via a cloud of cosmic Jell-o.  Clint eventually reconsiders his choice and attacks Khann, but is sent back into the past, leaving Khann in his place as conquerer of the world.

Abilities

Lucy is a skilled martial artist, like the other Hamsters.  She says she is a hundred times better at kung fu than Clint, although he disagrees. Still, clearly she is very respected by the male Hamsters for her fighting abilities.
