Besides being the Director of Direct Directions for a genetic research facility just outside of Angouleme, France, little is known of Louis Banque's beginnings.

Major Story Arcs
After Cable blows a couple holes into Black Tom Cassidy at the World Trade Center and leaves him for dead, Deadpool teleports Black Tom to Mr. Tolliver. Tolliver instructs his assistant, Mr. Foley, to inter Black Tom into a genetic research facility run by Louis Banque. Banque's research team works on Black Tom for months by grafting his skin with wood and plant cells, at which time the Juggernaut breaks into the facility to free his friend. Banque greets the Juggernaut personally and directs him to Black Tom's room. Banque introduces the Juggernaut to a newly made Black Tom.
