Looker is a former member of the original Outsiders, named for her drop dead looks she possesses powerful psionic and vampire abilities. Edit

Transformed by the fragment, Emily became the pawn of two warring factions in a plot to wipe out the entire population of Earth's surface, and was saved by the intervention of the Batman and the Outsiders. To her delight, she found her transformation was permanent, and returned to her husband, calling herself Lia, a childhood nickname that she believed to be more suited to her new self. She eventually joined the Outsiders as an active member, choosing Looker as her norn du guerre.
Looker shared a short relationship with her teammate Geo-Force but end the affair to be with her husband Gregg. After a return to Abyssia, Looker lost her mental abilities and enhanced beauty. With no powers Emily soon returned to Gotham City with her husband. Years later, Emily and her husband where visiting Markovia, which was under attack by vampires. Emily was about to be killed by a vampire when her psionic abilities kicked back in allowing her to kill the vampire. With her psionic abilities returned Looker joined her former teammate in battling the vampire invasion. During the Outsiders battle, Looker was killed and transformed into a vampire by Roderick, the leader of the vampire invasion. Roderick took Looker and made her his queen. Sometime afterward Looker battle her former teammate and after being reminded of her husband she used a time window to kill Roderick. Sadly after her ordeal, Looker was soon served divorced paper by her husband Gregg.

However Looker would later come back somehow, not to Batman's surprise. Batman took a man who didn't know what happened to him in a park. Here Looker formed and read the mans mind to find out his mind was switched with a aliens conscious. She didn't feel well after reading the mans mind and the man died after it. Batman took her to her house. Looker then told Batman that something bad is going down in Gotham and that even those she hangs out with are not into the soon to come events.

Looker has been cursed with vampirism and is seemingly immortal, supernaturally strong and quick. She can transform herself into a mist and take mental control over vermin. She has craving for fresh blood and can grow fang like teeth. Her psionic abilities give her certain immunity to things that would traditional kill vampire. Unlike other vampires, Looker can withstand daylight and has used her telekinetic abilities to quickly repair her heart after it was stuck with a wooden stake. Looker relies on her psionic powers in battle and eschews from hand-to-hand combat, despite constant cajoling from her friend Katana.
