oh please your honor, we all know there is no truth whatsoever to the allegation that Clark Kent and Superman are the same person, I mean just look at them. This is a well documented fact. I call a mistrial into effect.

@inferiorego: Lois Lane wasn't ever married to Clark or Superman permanently during pre-Crisis Earth-One universe. Nor even an actual girlfriend. Only temporarily due to things like solving a case, all others were imaginary. In New Earth Post-Crisis one they were only married in 1996 and began dating in 1990, with some rough patches including his death and Lois breking their engagement. So adultery doesn't even apply unless she cheated on him post-marriage.

@life_without_progress: I do know that but I'd rather be in favour of Lois instead of someone who still has feelings for Wonder Woman, suddenly somehow focuses on her and rushes off to save her instead of saving Washington DC (where Lois, her father, Supergirl also were) or fight Imperiex, sticks around to console Diana when he realizes Hippolyta died instead of fighting Imperiex, rushes off with Wonder Woman and forgets about Sam Lane's funeral. Even when he remembers about the funeral he is busy asking Wonder Woman if she's okay, not imagining if Lois is okay. Lol, what a faithful husband. Actual adultery by Clark would be infinitely better than this.

@inferiorego: The only thing that anyone deserves is Superman - a Kryptonite bat on his skull for running around after his unofficial mistress Wonder Womab when Lois and her father and Washington DC were in danger. He didn't even remember Lois for a long time during that incident. Even during Lois' grief, he was busy going away with Diana around the world and forgot her father's funeral. When he remembered he's still busy asking after Diana's well-being. Shows who he really cares for. If he actually did adultery, it will be more forgiveable. Diana can keep him.
Also it was Superman who cheated on Lois during Christmas time, kissing Wonder Woman even while he was married. Yes I know they fought for thousands year at Valhalla, which the Mjolnir represents, but there's a reason he didn't sleep with Diana - he loved Lois no matter what even if she is dead. Even later, he doesn't stop being close to her and she touches him very inappropriately for example in JLA #83. This guy was nuts.
