Lobo is a parody of the 'extreme' trend of the 90s
Liefeld is one of the most iconic figures of that era.
In that sense, it sounds like a perfect match for me, regardless of whether that's what is going through Liefeld's mind or not. Sucks about Deathstroke though, Higgins' story was growing on me. Lobo being a foil to Deathstroke does sound pretty lame.
In one image, Leifield has ruined two of my favorite characters... seriously, why does Lobo look like a pale Wolverine that just got struck by lightning, and why is Deathstroke's head so freaking tiny? Plus,is it just me or is Deathstroke's left leg a lot longer than his right leg?
Oh well, let us remember the former Lobo, in all his awesomeness.

Deathstroke's head and legs have some pretty critical issues. And Lobo looks like... I dunno. Teenage Lobo. Like he should go angst out to The Cure when he's done wtfpwning Slade. Which means... maybe he'll grow up and be cool again?
Needless to say...I've been really enjoying this book until I saw this image. I didn't get to read the newest issue yet...now I'm not sure If I want to since it's just going to be cancelled....#thanksliefield.

That's what I am thinking. He looks alot like he did when he first appeared in Omega Men and how he looked in LEGION.
WTF, his hands are literally soaked in blood and there's a teeny, tiny bit of blood on DS's lip. I don't even want to know where that blood came from...
