Is Lobo a good guy or bad guy ?

Lobo

Spit out of Heaven and Hell, Lobo is the last Czarnian, and the universe's best bounty hunter. As a boy at the age of 17 he created a plague just to kill everyone else on his planet. He's as patriotic as a dead chicken.

Pretty much a bad guy.

He was banished from heaven and hell because when he was sent there he raised so much hell that they didn't want him anymore.
