Supergirl is in the present. There are two Lobo's now. Real one, the alien Dick Grayson, and the imposter, the "traditional" one. New Lobo has come to Earth looking for Old Lobo so he can kill him for stealing his name.

She oneshot killed him in issue 26. Robin Thicke Lobo.

He's obviously not actually dead. The whole purpose of this Lobo was to kill the Real Old Fake Lobo so this New 1D Fake True Lobo can take his rightful place in the DCnU52 as Lobo.

Ok so Superman is in the Past, Supergirl is in the Present and Superboy is in the Future. Maybe Younger Lobo is actually the fake one and discorvers that in end of arc and he is actually Slobo.

They are all in the present day. The Krypton storyline is over.
