    Link is the name given to the playable protagonist of Nintendo's popular "The Legend of Zelda" video game series. There exist several incarnations of Link thoughout various time periods, though they all the share the mantle of the hero chosen by the Gods to save the land of Hyrule. One of the most famous video game characters, Link has inevitably appeared in several Manga and comic book adaptations.

    My brother and I just had this conversation. We both agreed, no matter what the LoZ game, that any water temple is just a pain.

    @Edamame:  I think that's what was implied by the "ghost one". I hated that one too... But the OOT Water temple was the bane of my 12 year old existence at the time.

    The water temple wasn't really "hard" for me, per se, but it was annoying as hell because at the time I was a little too young to really understand the whole different water levels thing.
     
    A special mention goes to the spirit temple (in the graveyard) in OOT, because it absolutely, positively terrified me as a kid. Goddamn. Redeads.

    OMG, that temple scared me too.
     
    But i thought that was the shadow temple. Wasn't the gerudo's valley one the spirit temple? i liked that one lol

    That's right, my mistake.
     
    I always thought that naming was weird, considering the shadow temple had more to do with spirits/ghosts than the spirit temple did, but hey, shadows are scary too....

    I guess the Water Temple, although none were too hard. I got through all of them relatively easy.

    Water Temple.  I always forgot that block that raised with the water inside the middle structure.  I hated that place.  And Dark Link.
