Yeah, they were pretty epic. I just love how L held everything, as though it wasn't worthy of touching his entire hand lol, and yet so calculating of everything.

L and light were the craziest of enemies that I've ever seen.

I thought light was originally amazingly awesome... until he Spoiler Warning Killed L End Spoilers

Yeah, that was a bit of a downer, but he did it in such a crazy-smart way, at least it did him some justice. Would have been way worse if it was pointlessly stupid

I couldn't even stand to watch a whole episode of this show. Sorry, but I didn't like it very well.

L was my inspiration. I loved L and Near. To me, Light was just a big cheater, and cheaters suck.

L was awesome, yeah sure, but I get tired of seeing a character that can't be beat...he didn't die losing, it just didn;'t feel like L had lost at all. Light definitely lost

but L did lose. He sacrificed himself. Light was a coward.

L never would have won on his own, but L, Near and Mello TOGETHER got rid of Light.

Light wasn't a coward, the way he viewed all this was that he was only one who had the courage to change the world. He started out with good intentions but went about in a terribly wrong way. He's a villian trying to be a hero, that's what makes him so intreging, so fascinating to study. Aaannnndd now I'm starting to sound like a freak XD

I'm just trying to point out that he wasn't a coward. And L wasn't sacrifising himself-yes this was the first time he ever showed his face, but he put in every precaution to stay alive. It's hard to say he lost, because it still feels like he never really did. After all he knew the entire time that it was Light, he knew it, and made everyone suspect it so that Light was stuck, just on the border of being caught constantly. L knew it would only be a matter of time before Light slipped up somewhere, unfortunately he couldn't account for the actions of the shinigami.

Still didn't have shit on L. Wasn't smarter than L, wasn't a better fighter than L, didn't look as unique and awesome as L, and most definitely was a cool as L.
