For those who were fans on Chris Claremont's run on X-Treme X-Men, good news, Lifeguard's back!

She'll be joining Dazzler and Boom-Boom on Cyclops' street team.

I think the team has something to do with training the youngsters, but that remains to be seen

Since they are on X-Men book shouldn't Storm and Colossusnaut join the Recon team

I'm glad. Lifeguard always had potential but she was relegated to Z-List unceremoniously. I've heard a lot of people wonder where Thunderbird is but I'm glad she's alone. It'll be interesting to see how she reacts to the last year or so of tragedies and see who she has become. Thunderbird's involvement would only remind people who she was, not who she can be - which is awesome. I think they're the training team because that was the role Dazzler was offered. I expect Boom Boom (why couldn't they stick with Meltdown) and Lifeguard are her junior instructors. Also, if Boom Boom is still on Utopia then most of the characters from the original New Mutants series are happier ad soldiers. Kinda funny. Plus, we found Dust. GMM

Hopefully she'll mention what happened to Neal and her brother while they were on their adventures.

So excited when I saw this.

I'm so happy she's coming back that I made a new account. She's my favorite X-man, and I hope that tehy stay true to form and show what she's capable of.

I actually thought she was dead (and I read the X-books) based on how long its been since an appearance

Dazzler, Boom-Boom, and Lifeguard were suppose to have their own book. But it got cancel before it even came out. :(

So that's why Lifegaurd and Boom-Boom have been a bit M.I.A.

Kind of a bummer. I like them.
