Heather Cameron is Human/Shi'ar mutant. She briefly served as a member of the X-Men, then took a leave of absence with Thunberbird, now, Lifeguard has returned to the Mutant Nation of Utopia as a member of the Street Team.

Have they ever met? I like Darwin's crush on Monet, but he gets along with most X-Men related characters... maybe that's part of his evolving charm?

@xerox-kitty: I don't think they have. I think it has to do more with the similar power sets and morals (if what I've read about Lifeguard is correct) than anything else.

It's more interesting when opposites attract... but I still think that Darwin's affable nature might also be part of his 'evolutionary' powers to adapt to whoever he's around. After all, he still managed to hang around the Skrull-Longshot imposter even though he was a talk a-hole who caused fights (which I've never seen Longshot do).

I don't know... I was thinking power wise and how they both have been affected physically that they might relate to one another's feelings!!
