The Liberty Legion was a stateside superhero group that fought against Nazi infiltrators during World War Two. The group was formed when Bucky Barnes, Captain America's sidekick, and the Patriot sent a call for superheroes out over the radio airwaves. Miss America, the Whizzer, the Thin Man, Red Raven, Jack Frost and the Blue Diamond answered the call. The Liberty Legion appeared in the pages of the Invaders, marvel premiere, and marvel Two-in-One.
