    Lex Luthor

Character » Lex Luthor appears in 4366 issues.

Lex Luthor, Superman's arch-nemesis, is one of the most brilliant men alive, whose hatred of "interfering aliens" pushes him down the path of a sociopath. Known for his "ends justifies the means" approach to life, his single-minded and often brutal focus puts him at odds with The Man of Steel. Luthor is arguably DC Comics' most iconic villain.

I dont know, Lex's main thing is his intelligence and I dont see anyone writing him consistently like that.

If it's well written, yes. I really enjoyed Lex Luthor: Man of Steel and Superman: The Black Ring.

Would love too see the inner-workings of Lex's head.

Only written properly though, Scott Lobdell may fit the bill.

All depend who wrote it, and what direction it went. If it was someone like Azzarello (who did an amazing job of Luthor), or Morrison I probably would.

Yes, I possibly would. Of course, it depends on the direction of the story and the writer/artist but I do like Lex Luthor stories such as Black Ring, LL: Man of Steel, The Unauthorized Biography, and , etc.

If you've read any interviews with Snyder and Lee about Unchained, a regular joke is that Lee draws Lex as being similar to Morrison. Quite funny I thought :P

i dont really like villain books, the way they are written annoys me. they are forced to be the heroes while their "villains " are needed to be stopped . i rather the villain remain a villain , especially if they are good villains .

He actually looks like a professional super villain with that outfit, like he means business.
