Lacy & Lenny meet only in the comic version of Superman IV when Nuclear Man returns her to Luthor's hideout after kidnapping her. She doesn't care much for Lenny nor his uncle for creating Nuclear Man.
While Lex Luthor did create Nuclear Man in both the comic and movie, in the comic Nuclear Man made it clear he wasn't a tool to be controlled by Luthor and his nephew. It became obviously when Nuclear Man decided to have fun to start an all out Nuclear world war just to kill all humans save for Lacy who would be his queen in his new world. He often used Lenny as a guinea pig to demonstrate his powers.
While Superman never held a grudge against Lenny, Lenny tried to help his uncle,Lex Luthor, take down the man of Steel by creating the powerful Nuclear Man from Superman's own DNA.
