They can't. The Cuckoos tried in the issue of Legacy right before AOX began, and they said that whatever part of his mind that they cut away simply moved to another area and settled there.

In addition, Nemesis tried killing the personas wholesale, which caused his mind to produce the personality that caused AOX. Apparently his subconscious doesn't like having his personas culled. So I think they've just resigned themselves to the fact that they can't get rid of his personalities and taken measures to rein them in instead.

That seems wrong, remember the whole point of Moira was that Legion couldnt cope with the ego deaths which then spawned AOX. It was said in either AOX 5 or 6

Imagine if legion did fuse all personalities, and retained all their abilities... if he does... how powerful is he exactly? and who can he compare to?

Could a powerful empath/telepath help him eventually get over his whole multiple personality disorder? Like, therapy but with super powers?

I am not sure they could be removed, but possibly they could be suppressed beneath a greater personality that retained control of the others.

This reminds me of the plot to the movie "Identity" which, if you've seen it, doesn't end well. Apparently Nemesis isn't a fan of John Cusack movies.

if they could dont you think they would have done it already, its like rogue when she had all those personalities in legions has way more then she ever had, in more are being created all the time this also to stop him from being to powerful can you imagine if he had full control omg he be too powerful.
