Finally Lightening Lad gets tired off being pushed around by the Science Police and Earth Gov. Of course there will be ramifications, the gathering of a more controlled version of the lLegion just being the first thing. This was an odd issue when compared to the carnage in the recent past. It wasn't so much as a wrap up issue, but more of a we just won the battle, there is still a war going on issue. It's good too, Shooter is definitley making a triumphant return. Too bad this book isn't getting more press, The way the writing has been, the art complementing it perfectly, it certainly deserves the attention.
