O, Call Back Yesterday!
Levitz is back, and his Legion is too. After a first issue in first gear (final page aside), Levitz throws it into fourth for this one. We've got multiple Legionnaires in multiple locations and Levitz juggles them while making it look easy. The book is packed with story but never feels too busy and leaves me desperate for the next issue.
Cinar's art is clean and distinct. Gorgeous backgrounds, easily differentiable characters and detailed future tech. Special shout out to Hi-Fi's excellent colors and seperations. The Legion at it's best should be a very colorful book and this issue does not disappoint!
The Good: Plot advancements, subplot advancements and characterization: three elements often missing from a single modern-day DC book.
