    History.

    The Legion of Losers started out as a group of super-villains wanting to finally stop Spider-Man. However, Gibbon and Grizzly started feeling bad and wanted to make up for their past misdeeds. They eventually helped Spider-man against their former teammates Spot and Kangaroo. The two formed a team of heroes, whom would not last long, but they at least tried to atone and reform.
