Plot Summary
Batman strength is greater than he can ever image, but he is becoming increasingly violent against criminals. The man providing Batman the pills introduces him to Retired General Slaycoft, and later runs into the General's son. Batman addiction grows for the pills and a price is put on the pills, the death of Commissioner Gordon. Batman agrees to the terms.
