This is the most fragmented and repetitive issue of the series. Mostly it is just showing us that if you outlaw guns only outlaws will have guns, by showing us that while the heroes have been suppressed, the villains are out and about in full force. The only heroes who are represented, are a few that DR. Fate has chosen to be the new Justice League.   It is good to see the story is getting back on track. The gathering of the heroes makes for the better part of the story. The rest of the book can...
