Andre Toulon

A French puppeteer who holds the secrets to the secrets to the living serum which he uses to bring life into his puppets. He is the first Puppet Master and the creator of Blade and the rest of the puppets. He now inhabits the body of Decapitron, a robotic puppet that has three different heads, an X-Ray head which allows him to see through walls, a weapons head, and finally a morph head which allows the ghost of the great puppeteer Andre Toulon to speak.

Anthony Gallagher

Anthony Gallagher is the son of Neil Gallagher.

Blade

A killer puppet that was created by the great puppeteer Andre Toulon. Blade has a hook for one hand and a knife for the other hand. His face is based on the demon from German folklore 'Faust'. His coat and hat is based on the major of the SS Nazis in Berlin. He has the soul of Dr. Hess, a former Nazi surgeon.

Corey

Jester

Jester was once a Jewish librarian living in Berlin, Germany during World War II. He was shot and killed by German soldiers during the Nazi movement. His soul was placed inside of a jester puppet by the great puppeteer Andre Toulon. Jester can make three different facial expressions by spinning his head.

Kahn

A Burmese opera doll that is bought to life with an ancient Egyptian spell to get revenge on those who were responsible for murdering the great puppeteer Andre Toulon. Kahn wields two katana swords and has a strong thirst for blood, he ends up being destroyed because he would go out of control with his swords.

Neil Gallagher

An evil man who stole the living puppets of Andre Toulon as well as the secret to eternal life to use for his own greedy purposes.

Pinhead

Pinhead is a big strong puppet with huge human hands and a tiny head. He was created by the great puppeteer Andre Toulon. Pinhead is inhabited by the soul of Herman Strauss, a German truck driver who was executed in the gas chambers for smuggling food to the Jewish ghetto.

Six-Shooter

A six armed cowboy puppet created and bought to life by the great puppeteer Andre Toulon. Six-Shooter was originally designed to perform in a puppet show which mocked Adolf Hitler, but he would later be used to hunt down and kill Nazis. Six-Shooter can climb up walls like an insect and carries six mini revolvers in each of his hands.

Torch

Torch is living puppet created by the great puppeteer Andre Toulon. Torch's head is shaped like a Nazi helmet, he has bullets for teeth and his eyes light up red when he fires flames from his flamethrower hand. Torch is inhabited by the soul of Erich Toulon, Andre's son who betrayed his father and joined Adolf Hitler's youth during World War II.

Tunneler

Tunneler is a living soldier puppet that was created by the great puppeteer Andre Toulon. Tunneler has a drill mounted on top of his head which he uses to kill his victims with. Not much is known about the soul that possesses Tunneler other than it was of a man named Joseph who was a slave to the Nazi salt mines during World War II.
