A small-time thug who battled Spider-Man on several occasions, the Fly was killed by the Scourge of the Underworld. He was later brought back by The Hood, and received power enhancements. Now Fly is member of Crime-Master's Savage Six.
A former wrestler, Gladiatrix turned over a new leaf and attempted to join the Avengers. During Civil War, she worked with the Secret Avengers.
The Hijacker was a minor criminal that used his Crime Tank called the Murder Machine to wreck havoc. He would meet his demise at the Bar with No Name as one of the victims of the Scourge of the Underworld, but was later resurrected.
Formerly a member of the Grapplers, Letha was slain by the Scourge of the Underworld during the Bar With No Name massacre. She was later revived by the Hood, who gave her rage-inducing powers.
Gregory Nettles was an industrial thief when a freak accident at an electronics show transformed him into Megatak. His ability to control electricity and electronic components brought him into conflict with Thor. Megatak would later meet his demise by Scourge but is resurrected years later by the Hood.

Alex Gentry, the Porcupine, was one of the first Marvel silver age villains and most notably fought against Ant-Man and Captain America, but also faced the Avengers, the X-Men and the Defenders.
Poundcakes and Titania worked together in the Grapplers. Along with Letha and Songbird, they gave Dazzler all she could handle in Dazzler #13.
Songbird is a founding member of the original Thunderbolts. She was formerly known as the super villain Screaming Mimi.

The Hood resurrected Lascivious along with several other dead super villains to take down the Punisher. Besides resurrecting Lascivious the Hood gave her the power to Mesmerize others. Even after the deadly dozen and the Hood failed to stop the Punisher. The Hood allowed Lascivious to live.
A genius chemist who invented a potent multi-polymer adhesive and immediately decided to use his invention to commit crimes. First assuming the identity of Paste-Pot Pete, he changed it to the more intimidating name of the Trapster.
