I used to think Larfleeze was a greedy jerk. But after reading more and more about him, I began to sympathize. His christmas special and the latests issues show that he cares about more than only material things. He misses his family and he even managed to give away some of his possesions.
Larfleeze Respect threat
I took a liking to him ever since this;
I don't remember him helping in the war though. I only remember him brawling with Luthor. I guess he was too powerful.
What are some major story arcs he has been involved in? I would like to read up more on this guy.

" @hydrabob said:ok thanks finally a DC character i might like" @The Dark Huntress said:Yes, it does, IIRC. He was in these issues of Blackest Night. "" @hydrabob: Agent Orange "does that cover his origin? is he in any more of Blackest Night? "
what does IIRC mean?
his stories are good and he's a good character. his initial impression on people is that he's a mean, greedy SOB, but when you read more about him you realize that he's deeper than that. he cares about family more than any material object, which is where his power comes from, and it's not like he does things to just make people mad, the orange light is making him hungry and he's just trying to stop the pain.
I can't wait for next christmas to make those orange lantern cookies.
Larfleeze alone would make me buy a comic. Hal Jordan should be kicked out of the corp for trying to discredit Santa. I mean come on the jolly old fat man exists >_> .... right?
