How powerful are illusions compare to her sister or her father?

if she made a bullet and shot at someone they would die, she could also drown people..

it's like the psychic affair emma and scott had, it all feels real. She made a guy believe she shot him in the head leaving him in a Coma for a week

is she stronger than Martinique?

Both Mastermind girls are stronger than their father, but I always get the two of them mixed up.  I know at least one of them can create illusions that last even after they've been knocked unconscious... I don't know whetehr that applies for them both.  I also don't know if one is stronger than the other.

Marti did have all of San fran believing they were hippies.... i wouldn't be surprised to find out they were even in terms of power.

But I think Martinique is stronger in terms of illusion casting.  She can cast illusions over an entire city. Regan hasn't been shown to do anything like that.

They're both quite evenly matched and extremely powerful- which makes their rivalry so much fun because they're always trying to usurp each other XD. Although Martinique has shown city-wide casting abilities and Regan's illusions can persist even if she's rendered unconscious- those are the only differences I noticed between their abilities, but it doesn't mean the other can't actually do these things, we simply haven't seen it yet.
 
Both are extremely powerful, and have well surpassed their father in terms of prowess and talent. If you think about the nature of their abilities, they're really only limited by their imaginations. Scary stuff!

Regan and Martinique both have limited telepathy, and ability their father didn't have, allowing them to make make there illusions more convincing to their "target". Also Regan, and I'm sure Martinique could too, drowned a man with her illusions and killed him. He did appear to have actually drown, showing that her powers can affect people physically as well as mentally.
