So before Kyle got the WL ring he was one of the strongest GLs in the Corp because of his incredible will and more importantly creativity. Now that he has master the entire Emotional Spectrum does that make him one of the most powerful beings in existance?? Like a real heavy hitter?

Well, let's take stock of his current abilities, assuming he was willing to make use of them all:

Teleportation on an interstellar scale, able to teleport large groups of people as well.

Molten plasma blood/vomit.

Able to steal the souls of anyone he kills and turn them into ghosts under his command with all their powers in tact.

Able to heal people from near fatal injuries, and rob Red Lanterns of their powers.

Can locate and utilize people's fears against them.

Can encase people in sapphire crystal.

Oh, and let's not forgot that his previous Green Lantern abilities are now constantly amp'd to 210.5% their normal levels, due to him also having access to the Blue Lantern's green overcharge abilities.

Taking into account that a normal Green Lantern is able to stand alongside the likes of Superman? Yeah, I'd say he's a pretty heavy hitter.
