    No because they rather live on Krypton instead of in Krypton.

    Yes because I never heard of Krypton not allowing more than one son to a family.

    Joking aside I don't see why there wouldn't be. IIRC I think I saw some in past comics I read. Saying that though I think DC should stop making Kryptonian characters that are alive today. If they want to do a back story then thats fine.

    Yes, they exist. From what I know, they're from Vathlo Island on Krypton.

    The Obama Superman from Grant Morrison's alternate universe that was feature in that on issue of Action.

    By all rights there should be Black, Brown and White Kryptonians. However most sci-fi stories have the Star Wars-like single-biome planets. This is just an extension of that problem.

    It was yes. Though IIRC it was established later on that Vathlo islanders settled on Kandor prior to the destruction of Krypton so I think there was an effort to fix that. That's why the appeared in New Krypton.
