In the DC universe before Krypton exploded how far away would it be from Earth?

Was it ever detailed pre52? (As I know the 27LY was new-52)

Oooo, nice. Though to split hairs, since the sectors are like pie-slices (so that all meet at Oa), planets on opposite ends of a sector (ie: center vs edge of universe) could be further apart than 2 planets both near the "tip" of their respective (& adjacent) sectors.

Um it blew up, so nowhere :P

Considering in the New 52 they could get an image of it exploding its far enough away but not that far
