    Krypto is Superman's Kryptonian dog. He possesses all of the sun-born abilities of his master, as well as super-canine intelligence. He is also known for being a sort of sidekick to Superboy becoming his companion after Superman saw he had no time to give to the very social canine. He has also appeared in his own cartoon series.

    Well Krypto and Kara get along as the Superman universe progress. Though its funny as hell to watch Krypto get pissed.

    That is so much better than the krypto in his animated series. Can't wait to buy this tomorrow on blu-ray

    What's funny to me is that DC wouldn't do a mean Krypto like this, until Alan Moore showed it could be done with the Radar, in the Supreme title.  King of the reinvented character, that man.

    The animation looked a bit funky on this one. I kept noticing the S on Superman's chest was kind of sloppy. Regardless in the end if the story is good, then I will be satisfied.

    Oh man I'm excited for Kevin Conroy doing Batman again. It's almost a sin against all that is holy to have someone else do Batman's voice. Not sure if I like the animation though. Batman doesn't look quite right or something, but Krypto looks awesome. Should be a good buy

    Always glad to have Tim Daly and Kevin Conroy reprise their animated roles.  Not so sure about the animation style though.  Still, looking forward to picking this up tomorrow.

    Ummm... actually Moore did it several years earlier having Krypto rip out the Kryptonite Man's throat in "Whatever Happened to the Man of Tomorrow."

    Yeah, thought about that one, but I didn't want to count it. lol  However, that's still character reinvention - Krypto had never done something like that before that story (and, technically, that "never happened," because it was an "imaginary story" - lol).
