Klaus Jansen is a German-born American comic book artist. He has regularly worked with John Romita Jr. and has worked with Grant Morrison on Batman Gothic. His run on Daredevil with Frank Miller is one of his most celebrated.

Klaus Jansen is best known as an inker but is also a penciller in his own right. His first work appeared in the 70’s, but is best known for his collaboration with Frank Miller on the their seminal Daredevil run from 1979-83 and for their ground breaking work on Batman: The Dark Knight Returns.

He has also pencilled and inked for various Batman titles including Batman: Gothic with Grant Morrison, Amazing Spider-Man with John Romita Jr., Avengers, The Defenders, Wolverine, Detective Comics, and Batman as well as many other DC and Marvel titles.
