Mr. Ubiquitous says:
"Ass Kicking Fat Guy says:"Mr. Ubiquitous says:"Superkitty says:"Was the band members put some of their blood into the ink?"
No, that's Marvel Comics Super Special# 1...a magazine sized comic book, from 1977...and the most valued of all Kiss comic appearences.
"
I don't know about that... these books measure 2 and a half feet by 1 and a half feet. and there are only 200 prints of 3 of the books that I got."
Your opinion aside, the FACT is...the MCSS#1 goes for roughly $300.00 or more in CGC 9.4 grades
regardless of what this run is, or its print numbers are..it ain't gonna be that valued....ever!
Its supply AND demand...just because something has a low print run (like say NFL Superpro#1) it still needs DEMAND for value to occur...so time will tell. At this point? these 'new' KIss books are no where near as rare or valued.
"
So does that mean you can find their value? Did you find them anywhere? Because if you did let me know. As far as I know they are not being sold anywhere, so I don't know their value. Does that not mean there is a very high demand when they are all sold out.
So with my marketing experience I will conclude this. 200 books, all sold out there is your supply. There are more than 200 fans of kiss that I am sure would drop a lot of money for a book like this. So there is your demand. My my... If I made a graph on this one I'd say they would be worth a lot of money.
BTW I checked ebay out and I found a buy it now for $85. Granted its probably not a "9.6". But I'm sure a fan wouldn't mind spending $85 over $300. Keep in mind some people, not all, SOME, collect things for the fun of collecting, NOT as an investment.
And I am sorry for insulting you earlier. I was not trying but apparently I did to get a response like that. So I will be the better man. I'm sorry. That's it. No need to respond with more angry messages on this thread or in my comments or something. I'm sorry. Lets just leave it at that.
