Killpower was genetically engineered by Mys-Tech's mad scientist Dr. Oonagh Mullarkey as a prototype fast-growing, throwaway super-soldier; tough, strong and not too bright.
He was raised to see killing people as a "fun game", up until he encountered Motormouth, who taught him about the consequences. Killpower immediately abandoned his "mother" and his mission, and took off with Motormouth on a tour of the multiverse.
