    Kemp is the bounty hunter and bodyguard for Dr. Julius Akerman better known as the Monster Master. He hunts down and captures monsters with his high-tech weaponry. Kemp manages to subdue the Frankenstein Monster and the Thing when he shoots both of them with a powerful tranquilizer. Both monsters are put in restraints and held captive along with Gregor Lupus- a man who can transform into a werewolf. The Thing manages to escape and knocks out Kemp. Dr. Akerman is killed when the Frankenstein Monster escapes his shackles.

    Kemp's current whereabouts are unknown.  

    Creation

    Kemp was created by John Byrne in 1985 and first appeared in Fantastic Four # 274.
