Born in the city of porcelain in 1977, Katia Even did not stay in Limoges once she reached adulthood. Depending on her studies or the people she meets, she travels to different regions before settling in Périgord Noir, in the South-West, where she finally feels at home again. When she was very young, she dreamed of Walt Disney cartoons and therefore logically began a career as a storyboard artist and comic book author. Her initial training destined her either to teach foreign languages or to tourism, professions that she began to pursue before wanting to turn her first passion for drawing into her work. To her credit, she has published around twenty comic books, both script and drawing, within collectives or alone. In 2010, she met the editor of Tabou: the erotic genre would end up absorbing her almost entirely. We owe him the series La Déesse, Inguinis, Le Peuple des Brumes, or Le Petit Derrière de l’Histoire, among others. In 2017, a collaboration with the group Elmer Food Beat was born to draw the story of their naughtiest songs, with the albums "Le Plastique c'est Fantastique". She also continues to write and draw for young people, when the opportunity arises. From 2017, she was editor-in-chief of Blandice magazine, a cultural quarterly linking erotic comics and art history.
