Ok so I was reading Scarlet Spider 12 and I bet i'm not the only who thought "WTF" when this panel came up:

To my knowledge Peter never put this into the stealth suit so this is either something Julia Carpenter has done to it or something a bit more sinister.

Now I may be jumping to conclusions here but a costume that regenerates on telepathic command wreaks of symbiote!!!! Kaine has just got back from fighting Carnage and was exposed to a LOT of symbiotes in the micro-verse. Has his suit become infected with one?

What are your thoughts on this?

Nah, that sounds like something Peter would design. Whereas Richard's has the whole unstable molecules, I bet Peter would have started designing self repairing suits on demand. Gotta remember Peter has to perform his own maintenance and repair on his suits, so designing something like that would be a heavy priority. Especially since MJ (obligatory: "**** YOU, QUESADA!") is no longer around to do it for him.

@JonSmith: I doubt they would want another symbiote character running around. It just struck me as strange that his suit can suddenly heal itself after he's been in a tussle with a lot of symbiotes.

That is strange.

I think that he might be infected with some symbiote.

@TheAcidSkull: Of course! But as I said just now i'm not sure Marvel would want another symbiote character so I don't think it can be that. It's probably something Madame Webb did to it because I don't remember Pete giving the suit regeneration.

It probably self reapaired itself a lot since he is in Houston befor Minimum Carnage. Remember the big scar cheht he had after fighting the Assassin Guild ? Somehow I don't see Kaine sew something...

I think it was said Peter put unstable molecule in all his suit, his regular suit turning into black garment at one point.

Did you see the panel after that?

@strider92: don't be ridiculous, I expose myself to symbiotes all the time and I'm completely normal, if the damn symbiots, had some damn thing wo¡rong with them, then BY NOW IT WOULD HAVE HAD SOME DAMN AFFECT ON MY DAMN BEHAVIIOR, DAMN IT!
