Both please."

Everything after the Naruto and Sasuke fight was filler, and some story arcs before that like the race one where they had to help Ibiki's little brother (whom isn't canon).

Some non-canon jutsus would be Temari's "Dragon's Big Job," Nidiame's Water Collision Destruction, Sarutobi's "Earth Dragon Missiles," etc.

I at least like filler jutsus, and anything that makes fights more intense.

OH YEA! All that crap. Those episodes bored me. And I think the episode where Jiraya, Naruto, And saukra go to search for Sasuke were cannon.

pretty much everything in part I after the Naruto Sasuke fight, and some of the stuff in the Kimimaro area....I never watched any of them, so I dont knwo the jutsu, but I do know that there are plenty of characters in those episodes who weren't canon and had jutsu

then of course there are the jutsu that only make it into the anime or the OAV/s or movies, which also aren't canon

the end of the first Naruto movie, with the seven colored rasengan? doesn't exist

But, that's not really a jutsu. It's just the rasengan haveing a rainbow color.
