    A resurrection and a correction

     Speedy review:

Now how did they do it?  Very cleverly, me thinks!  You'll have to buy the issue to find out exactly how they corrected or even ret conned that horrible 4th Reich controlled future.  Suffice it to say it made me happy.  I particularly liked the gag the Jay pulls and even the humor injected moment with Obsidian.  "I'm still Gay" moment.  It's nice to see some humor making its way into the dark and grim stories.  The scripting is not without fault but none to much as to take away from the overall enjoyment of the book.

The art is as good as the other issues in the arch.  I wish still that Merino could ink his own work.  I liked his work more on the earlier issues that he had.

    Story - 4.0
    Art-4.0
    Overall- 4.0

I obviously recommend this book to anyone that has been on board for the arch but would also recommend those who have past this series by to go and get the other issues and buy this one too!

And its great. The cover is an altercation to isse #29, and now as of this issue the history of the team has chaged ( a bit ).  At the end of 39 we saw how Mister Terific had placed the plan of ending a message back to himself to warn his past self of the 4rth Reichs plan, and Kid Karnevil. He was able to se...

Review: Justice Society of America #40 0

Obsidian reflects upon the past few years of his membership with the JSA; how his perspective changed on account of previous "dark times" and how he's grown closer to his dad, the original Green Lantern. The Good The Flash's gag about nabbing the Nazis' noses, in addition to all their weapons, was a stand-out gag. It was like they got their asses kicked by grandpa! Also, despite the issues I had with the way he phrased things, I enjoyed this character study of Obsidian. Ho...
