    Origin

    Tomorrow Woman
    Tomorrow Woman

Tomorrow Woman was created by Professor Ivo and T.O. Morrow to destroy the Justice League of America. She became a member of the group with powerful telepathic and telekinetic powers. She was in fact a bomb ready to go off at the right moment to kill the JLA. She eventually learned the concept of freedom which her creators had deliberately left out. She sacrificed herself by detonating the EMP bomb inside her that was supposed to wipe out the brains of the JLA to stop a separate threat.

Morrow took pleasure at this, believing it proved his contribution to the endeavor had been the more brilliant. While Ivo had made the body which was good enough to fool Superman into thinking she was human, Morrow had created a mind sophisticated enough to discover free will, even though they had deliberately left that concept out.

    Creation

Tomorrow Woman was created by Grant Morrison and Howard Porter.

The third Hourman revived her in the hopes that Tomorrow Woman could help him squashing the moral dilemmas and for the last fifty minutes of his hour of power. She existed in that time frame, saving lives and living life to the fullest and had taught Hourman the consequences of actions he makes. They had formed a special bond when Tomorrow Woman finally disappeared and left Hourman with a hole in his non-existent heart.

    Tomorrow Woman vs. The Ultra-Humanite

The result of a magical ritual conducted by Morgaine Le Fey led to Tomorrow Woman living again in an alternate timeline where she unknowingly acted as the new avatar of truth (the role Wonder Woman formerly had).

As a member of of the Justice Society International, she was given a civilian identity: GBS TV reporter Clara Kendall. She wasn't aware of her robotic nature until the Dreambound member Trans-Volitional Man used his reality-warping powers on her. She was shocked by this revelation, but even more so that she was partially responsible for the violent shifts threatening Earth at the time.

However, she overcome these personal issues and helped Earth's heroes in stopping the warps in reality that were appearing throughout the world. She joined in fighting against the Dark Arcana, even while knowing that she would fade away and be dead again when reality returned to normal. She ended up surviving, however, presumably because of one of the final benevolent acts of the then divinely-empowered Trinity: Wonder Woman, Superman and Batman.
