Would Joker or Sinestro Want to Join the Legion of Doom?

#1 Edited by Superdork (1035 posts) - - Show Bio

1) Joker is a cool, terrifying villain, but he's a wild dog. I don't think that anyone would trust him on the team. Nor do I think that he would want to join despite the fact that he has in the past? He hates schemers. Why would he want to join? He doesn't want to kill Bats--just torture him to the brink. He would probs betray the LOD. Would it make more sense for Deadshot, Bane, Clayface, Hush, or someone else to join?

2) Sinestro is committed to his own brand of JUSTICE in the universe. Why would he choose to work with villains? Especially if he's not in charge? Would is make more sense for Atrocitus or Larfleeze to join?

Joker would love to join the Legion of Doom. They just wouldn't want him on it. Any villain who values their life doesn't want to be anywhere in the same country as Joker if they can help it. Hell, if supervillains, meaning, the worst, most psychopathic, crazed, and generally sick killers on the face of the Earth want to scare each other, they tell Joker stories. So sure, Joker would love to play with the Legion. They wouldn't though. And Joker hates it when you don't invite him to play.

As for Sinestro: While he's devoted to justice, his justice is by any means necessary. If he has to work with criminals in the short term to ensure that they are forcefully controlled in the long term, that's perfectly acceptable. Atrocitus is a real mad dog. If you could keep him from ripping you apart with this teeth long enough to convince him that you hate the people HE hates, and can get him to them quicker if you two work together, then they can use him.

Larfleeze doesn't play with others. Playing with others means he'd have to share his air.

And Larfleeze. Doesn't. Share.
