Why is dick leading Donna's league?

Donna lead the Titans once.  That turned out so awesomely that 13 year old Jason Todd had to tell her what to do.

grayson is DC greatest leaders. In a league with no superman nor brucewayne Grayson would be the first choice. I like this team however they really should have kept Hal Black Cannary and one other old leaguer around to show that Grayson still out ranks the old crew and that this is not the TITANS nor JLA LITE
